Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

   

  

CBT can help you identify and explore the ways your emotions and thoughts can affect your actions and behaviors. CBT aims to identify unhealthy, negative beliefs and behaviors and replacing them with healthy, positive ones, CBT can help identify what triggers your bipolar episodes.
